Maybe I am not that spoiled - that my husband sais it's not true. So To Basti I have to say that Restaurants like this are not a 'Take A Way' production and it is Fine for 'Us' to turn up late as we believe the whole world turns around us only and they do not have to organise or change anything because we decide that it is OK to turn up late and not such a big deal. To the 'no-name' person who was maybe disappointed about something totally else: We are all human and not perfect thoughless pieces of meat. We all have our bad days and who knows what they had to deal with behind the sence (e.g. in the kitchen). If we maybe would not have such massive outgoings to cover certain employee's who just don't turn up for work and not be able to replace them because we simple can't afford it than they would have been 2 or 3 people more serving YOU. Of course another option would be that you pay 3 times as much for your Meal!!!! Open up people and get a life... I am from overseas and I traveled for years. I live here in Australia (Queensland) for many Years now and I have not seen many better places than Pointbreak... I have seen many other places as good as Pointbreak and or different but let me tell you that on the whole Gold Coast I can't picture a Restaurant right on the Beach... with always a lovely Serivce Crew that always aim to make you feel special. I can't believe that you had such a bad experience there and where are all the people like me... that could appreciate countless visits with no hassle wonderful food and a great Service? Thanks guys left your place always happy and so did my friends... Cheers Rachel from Ormeau, on the way down to you guys... hahahaha
