We had a truly awful experience here on a Sunday night. I ordered the Chilli prawns and at $32 for the dish, I was appalled at what we were served. The prawns were smothered in a very cheap, sticky sauce that ruined any flavour that may have been there. Eventually, in the hope of salvaging the dish, I used three paper serviettes to wipe off the sauce- there was that much, and still it did not salvage the taste. When we complained to the waiter he said "Sorry you didn't enjoy it, everyone else does". So no accountability for an extremely poor food quality and clearly no interest in good customer service. So if you do intend to go, don't order the Chilli prawns you would get much better value at a food court Japanese
