Six separate living spaces comprising of a superb viewing deck, kitchenette, double bedroom, lounge/library, bathroom and toilet all accessed by a wide hallway where with a gallery space. There is a private three-bay parking space dedicated to our guests right by the apartment. The apartment is single level and has easy access from the parking bay.
The bedroom has a good queen size bed with high cotton count sheets. The lounge offers a new 50 inch smart TV with built-in wifi access to Netflix and YouTube if you have your own subscribed account details to log in with. There is also an extensive library of graphic design, architecture and art books that can be accessed on request. A strong wifi signal is available throughout the apartment and USB charging point exists in the kitchenette. The well-equipped kitchenette incorporates a fridge freezer, microwave, sink, toaster and kettle. Generous supplies and a free continental breakfast on offer.
